A Notary Public’s role is to notarise, certify or authenticate documents and/or signatures for use abroad. When a notary signs a document, it certifies authenticity, validity and truthfulness. Brendan Kelly is an appointed Notary Public. We provide notary services to corporate and private clients, both domestic and international. Where required we can arrange an apostolic seal and we will be happy to advise on the required protocols of all Countries.
